Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love our garments/ accessories as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way cannot be returned. All returnable items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition upon receipt. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items can only be returned to us in their original condition and original brand packaging and must have the original tags/labels still attached. Only new, unused and unworn items will be considered for exchange or credit note. We cannot issue exchanges or credit notes on items returned to us after 14 days of receipt.

Refunds

No Refunds. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange or credit note after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or credit note. Allow approximately two weeks for processing.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/ exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
